Our Vision

Our vision is to build an eco-system that caters to a special breed of young women in Africa. Women who are purpose driven, tenacious, committed, self motivated, capable, prepared to lead and become a positive impact in society.

We believe that if a woman is continually building herself, if she is committed to becoming a better version of herself, if she is not afraid to dream and chase her dreams, if she is focused on maximizing her talents, gifts, skills and abilities, she should be empowered to succeed

Our Mission

Our mission is to build and celebrate young female changemakers in Africa. We are committed to providing them with the tools, resources, and support needed for them to thrive and succeed.

Through skill development, mentorship, storytelling and community-building initiatives, we aim to create an enabling ecosystem for young African women who are motivated to succeed and make a positive impact in the world

Our story starts in 2012

SuperWoman is a youth-led Social Impact Organisation that has been dedicated to Women’s Development for over a decade. We have worked to Educate, Encourage and Equip young African women with the necessary tools needed for her personal development

Since her birth in October 2012, SuperWoman has been known for celebrating and building young female changemakers in Nigeria. We have organized training programs for over 3000 women, had 14 mentor-ship programs, published 6 editions of SuperWoman Magazine and celebrated 105 next generation female leaders via our under thirty awards project.

We believe that if a woman is continually building, if she is committed to becoming a better version of herself, if she is not afraid to dream and chase her dreams, if she is focused on maximizing her talents, gifts, skills and abilities, she will be irresistibly valuable wherever she finds herself and we are committed in helping her though her transformation journey
