WHAT IS SUPERWOMAN LEADERSHIP ACADEMY ?
SuperWoman Leadership Academy provides young social impact leaders with a the structural knowledge and guidance needed in building a Social Impact organisation and leading it’s team. It focuses on enhancing leadership skills, fostering community-driven solutions and creating a strong network of young leaders.
WHO CAN REGISTER ?
The SuperWoman Leadership Academy is open to young leaders (male & female) who are actively involved in social impact initiatives or aspire to create positive change in their communities. Leaders working outside the social impact space can register also as training sessions are of immerse benefit to young leaders cutting across industries
WHAT ARE THE EXPECTATIONS ?
Participants expectations include: Commitment to Learning: Dedicate time to attend all training sessions and networking events. Implementation: Apply learned strategies & complete assigned tasks.
Personal Project: Execute real-world social impact project within the cohort period.
